We produce your order within 4-5 weeks. We ship within 1-2 working days after the product is manufactured.  

return policy

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery to contact@costume-tje-legrand.com please outline your name, order number and returning item(s) in the email. Once the return request is open, the item(s) must be sent to us directly.

for the return to be accepted, the item(s) must be: 

1.Unworn, undamaged, unwashed and without missing accessoires

2.Dispatched with all the applied tags and the product box

3.We do not accept in person returns

complaint

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can help you as soon as possible including all accessories of the product.

exchange

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on items. All returned items will be refunded as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color of an item, please place a new order.

refunds

We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
